shipping + refund + return policies

*All vintage/retro items are pre-loved. There often will be signs of use. Major and/or obvious aesthetic flaws will be noted in the description/photos.* 

*When purchasing more than one item, I can combine items into one large shipment. Any shipping charge surplus will be refunded to the buyer.*

SHIPPING:

- all orders are shipped with Canada Post from Calgary Alberta Canada

- domestic and international shipping options available

- please allow 1-3 business days for order processing/preparing/packing

- shipping costs are calculated based on size of package + total weight of package 

- shipping times are calculated based on delivery location 

- CollectedByJenni is not responsible for any additional duty or taxes charged on international orders

- the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping in both purchase and returns

- all shipping costs are non-refundable 

 

REFUND/RETURN:

- If an item arrives broken: 

1. Refund will be made or
2. Replacement will be sent to you free of charge (if replacement is available)

- If an item arrives unbroken: refund is not available due to the fragile nature of the items

- please email collectedbyjenni@gmail.com to start the process for a return/refund

- If the item arrives to you broken, please send an email within 3 days to collectedbyjenni@gmail.com with attached pictures of the damaged item. Replacement item will be sent out. If no replacement item is available, a refund will be made.
